The organization aims to cultivate a robust tech industry in Africa by empowering, informing, and supporting tech workers. TCA is dedicated to protecting the rights of tech workers in Kenya and across the continent, offering civic education, psychological support, and training to enable them to advocate for their rights, advance their careers, and contribute to community development.

Providing comprehensive, accessible, and up-to-date information on labor rights, ethical tech practices, and industry developments to tech workers.

Psychological Support

 Offering free, confidential psychological support services to address the unique challenges and stressors faced by tech workers in the ever-evolving industry.

Empowerment Through Training

 Conducting skill-building workshops, mentorship programs, and access to resources that empower tech workers to advance in their careers and make informed choices. 

Advocacy and Policy Engagement

Advocating for the creation and enforcement of labor laws and policies that protect the rights of tech workers.

Fostering a supportive community where tech workers can network, share experiences, and collectively address common issues.

Conducting research to better understand the needs and challenges of tech workers in Africa and raising awareness of these issues on a local and global scale.
